MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS MONTH- TURN OUR TOWNS GREEN

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Paws for Patrick is ‘Turning our Towns Green.’ Join our organization in spreading awareness about mental health challenges and Paws for Patrick’s mission to improve mental health through the emotional support of animals.

How can you help?

  • Post and share your green on social media- make sure to tag us @pawsforpatrick

  • Show your support locally: Post a flyer, tie green ribbons on trees and/or put your TOTG signs out at your office, schools, or in your neighborhood

  • Start a fundraiser: Engage a business or school in Pawse for Mental Health May. Host a give-back night, organize a small event, or contact Elizabeth Malone (elizabeth@pawsforpatrick.org) to create a personal fundraising page

  • Bring P4P to your community: Involve your workplace, gym, coffee shop, book club, or any group in Mental Health May

  • Attend and promote events: Help us build momentum by attending events if possible and/or spreading the word

Mental Health May Exclusive Merch Drop

Every sweatshirt helps share a message that matters. By wearing Paws for Patrick swag, you're helping raise awareness for youth mental health and sparking conversations about the comfort, connection, and support animals can provide. Together, we can make mental health more visible and remind young people that they are not alone.

Join us for another Move for Mental Health Warrior/Surrender Yin Class at Life Time Evanston.

A $25 donation reserves your spot, with all proceeds supporting Paws for Patrick.

Life Time members can sign up directly in the app, and non-members can register through here. We can’t wait to see you there!

GO GREEN & TAKE A PAWSE

This May, Paws for Patrick is calling on the corporate community to turn awareness into action.

We are recruiting Founding Corporate Partners to help lead a national movement supporting youth mental health and the healing power of animal connection.

Together, companies across the country will Go Green and take a collective 15-minute “pawse” for mental wellness.
