Todd Nahigian has dedicated his career to supporting and empowering young people. As Manager of CROYA in Lake Forest, Illinois, he provides mentorship and programming for 7th–12th grade students, helping them navigate adolescence with confidence and compassion. With a background in clinical psychology, Todd began his career as a therapist before finding his true calling in community-based youth work.

A founding board member of Paws for Patrick and former Junior Board Advisor, Todd is deeply aligned with the organization’s mission to improve the mental health of young people through the comfort and connection of animals. He lives in Lake Zurich with his wife, Amy, their twin daughters, Addison and Brooke, and their Mini Goldendoodle, Winnie.
