Magdelene “Mags” Roemer is a junior at Wake Forest University, where she is studying psychology with minors in counseling and entrepreneurship. As Chair of the Young Professionals Board Committee at Paws for Patrick, she focuses on connecting with young people and sharing the organization’s mission to improve mental health through the power of animals.

As Patrick’s younger sister, Mags has a deeply personal connection to the foundation and is committed to carrying his legacy forward. She lives in Greensboro, North Carolina, with her family and their pets—cats Little Kitty, and dogs Indy and Ollie—and is passionate about supporting youth mental health through the comfort and companionship animals provide.
